SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS As discussed in Note 12, on July 4, 2025, the President signed into law the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which includes several significant corporate tax changes. See Note 12 for additional information.
On July 9, 2025, we entered into the Eleventh Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (the “Eleventh Amendment”), the Eleventh Amendment extends the maturity date from June 12, 2029 to July 9, 2030.
